How do I care for my t-shirt?
We recommend washing your BADU apparel with like colors and hang to dry. Do not bleach.
How long does it take for me to get my order that includes B.A.D.U Exclusives?
First and foremost, thank your for choosing B.AD.U. Visions for your apparel needs. Due to the nature of our small business, orders can take up to 3-7 business days for processing and shipping. For any questions or concerns, please contact us via email at info@baduvisions.com.
How long does it take for me to get my order of B.A.D.U. Accessories or Boutique items?
All items from our accessories and boutique pages will ship out same day if ordered by 3pm on Monday - Friday. All weekend orders will be mailed out the following Monday. Any orders made after 3pm, will ship the next business day.
How do I return merchandise and will I receive a refund?
All sales are final and we DO NOT offer refunds; We do not offer exchanges or credits for sizing issues; please read the descriptions carefully. If you have questions about the size, message us and we will be glad to guide you with your purchase.

At B.A.D.U Visions, we are always committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service. Customer satisfaction is what drives us the most! Each package is carefully inspected, folded, & packaged by our team of ladies and we do our best to make sure all items are free of any defects before shipping out.
To initiate the return process, please send us an email at info@baduvisions.com detailing the issue you are having with the item within 24 hours of receiving. Pictures are encouraged to support your claim. We will review your claim and respond appropriately within 24 hours. Upon acceptance of your return request, the shipping cost is solely your responsibility.
